Experienced employment law attorney who has handled mediations, arbitrations and trials in both State and Federal Court. Defended private clients, insurance companies, public entities, non-profits, and self-insured entities against all types of employment related claims, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wage and hour, FMLA/CFRA, and ADA claims. Provides outside general counsel services to various business clients and non-profit organizations, including regulatory compliance services, on-site seminars for management teams, preparation and revisions of employee handbooks, job descriptions, and other essential corporate records. Recently handled an asset transfer between two non-profit clients, and the transition of employees from one entity to another.
